7.You must not modify, adapt or hack Wilka Social or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Wilka Social
8.You must not create or submit unwanted email to any Wilka Social members ("Spam").
9.You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
10.You must not, in the use of Wilka Social violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Wilka Social account. While Wilka Social prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Wilka Social cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Wilka Social service at your own peril.

General Conditions:

1.We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Wilka Social service for any reason, without notice at any time.
2.We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. 5.Wilka Social service makes it possible to post images and text hosted on Wilka Social to outside websites. This use is accepted (and even encouraged!). However, pages on other websites which display data hosted on Wilka Sociali must provide a link back to Wilka Social.

Copyright (What's Yours is Yours):

1.We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Wilka Social service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove any text and images you have stored in the system.
2.We encourage users to contribute their creations to the public domain or consider progressive licensing terms.

Polls / Quizes / Questions:

1.Wilka Social runs polls, quizes and games which call for users' response through giving their views, feedback and answers, Some of these Quizes and Questions have rewards to them and they are handled in a timely manner, caution should be taken in regards to the timing of the question as in when it is open and or closed, any feedback, reply, answers and or attempt made out of the time bracket whether correct or not, will not be considered.
2.Our moderators may give feedback, comment or reply to such Questions and or quizes to help other users know the right answer but no reward will be given to such a person who attempted, replied, answered or gave feedback to the thread in Question out of the time bracket.
3.Should our moderators by any means forget to communicate such instructions as the time frame, open or closed period for a thread, please feel free to dispute such through commenting and or any means available on the platform.
